Sarah Zagorski serves as a Board Member for Talk About Adoption™. She is also a mother, adoptee, and passionate pro-life advocate. A seasoned speaker, she shares her powerful story of survival after being rescued from an induced abortion and spending nearly eight years in Louisiana’s foster care system. At just 16 months old, Sarah entered foster care due to parental neglect, and she remained in the system until her birth mother’s parental rights were terminated in 1999. One of the youngest of eleven siblings, she overcame significant hardships, including a battle with Pulmonary Tuberculosis as a toddler. Thanks to medical care received in foster care, she recovered. For Sarah, foster care became a place of refuge, where she witnessed the true meaning of pro-life conviction through the loving sacrifice of a dedicated family. Today, she maintains a close relationship with her adoptive parents and continues to advocate for life and ethical adoption practices.
