Safe Haven Baby Boxes: A Safe Haven Baby Box is a safe, legal, and compassionate option for parents in crisis who are unable to care for their infant. Fully compliant with state laws, these boxes are equipped with advanced safety features to protect the baby and allow medical personnel to retrieve them quickly. To use a Baby Box, simply locate a designated site near you.
National Safe Haven Alliance: Every state in America has Safe Haven Laws that allow mothers to surrender their newborn babies without danger of prosecution. State laws, time restrictions, and approved Safe Haven locations can be found through their interactive website and 24/7 hotline.

POTENTIAL BIRTH MOTHERS
There are honest and morally ethical organizations that will provide prospective birth mothers with unbiased attention during their pregnancy. Reach out to us so we can connect you to them.

Legal Representation: Birth parents may want an additional legal representative during the adoption process and after relinquishing their parental rights. When seeking an additional attorney, find out how many adoptions the attorney has handled, and ask whether any of them were contested or developed other complications. The American Academy of Adoption and Assisted Reproduction Attorneys can help or refer a potential birth parent to the nearest adoption attorney in their area.
